Whatever plan you have chosen your healthcare card is also an Avantis point system:
Show your card at any of the Avantis Network, and they will add points depending on the product you buy, the pay as you go services you have paid for or the healthcare services you have received.
Remember you can check your Avantis points any time via the Avantis Salud App or on the private access area on the website.
You can convert your Avantis points into consultation or check-up services; non-prescription products like oral, body, skin hygiene, or children products; and even into insurance cover for hospitalization and surgery due to illness or dental treatment due to illness.
All you need to do to convert them is go to any of the Avantis Network centres with your card. One euro equals one point, so you can take off as many euros as points you have or as many as you wish to spend.
Services in the event of an accident
Medical assistance will be provided at the AXA List of Health Centres. In the event of an accident covered by your policy, you must contact AXA on the phone numbers indicated, except in the case of vital emergency, and we will give you the details and location of the Health Centre that best suits the injuries suffered.
On your first phone call you must at least provide the following:
- Personal details of the injured person and type of injuries
- Details of the group the injured person belongs to and policy number
- Date, place, and description of the accident
